The notion of not wearing one is something we are against – one is free to do it, but not wearing an undergarment has nothing to do with FREEDOM!

Bra FAQ’s

Finding the right size can make a huge difference in comfort. You can measure yourself at home with a measuring tape or get measured in-store by a professional. Make sure to measure both your band size (around your ribcage) and cup size (around the fullest part of your bust).

On average, a good bra lasts about 6 to 12 months, depending on how often you wear it and wash it. If it starts to feel loose, the straps slip off, or it just doesn’t feel as supportive, it might be time for a new one.

For the longest life, hand washing is best. If you’re using a washing machine, put your bra in a laundry bag and wash it on a delicate cycle with cold water. Air drying (instead of using the dryer) also keeps it in shape longer.

Slipping straps can mean your straps are too loose or the bra doesn’t fit quite right. Tighten the straps first; if that doesn’t help, you may need a different size or style.

This is a personal choice! Some people find it comfortable and supportive, while others prefer to let their skin breathe. It doesn’t harm you to wear one while sleeping, so it’s all about what feels right for you.
